A city girl who married a cowboy 46 years ago and raised two sons on the ranch. I had only two main goals for raising my sons; that they would love Jesus and they would love to read.
I like to travel and this last year my husband and I were able to participate in a study tour in Israel, plus I was blessed to travel to Paris with my three oldest granddaughters. This year also marks the 12th year of an annual sister’s week in Phoenix. I am one of those crazy Grammas that likes to pour some heart and soul into her grandchildren. I have 5 granddaughters and a grandson and I have to say (without any bias) that they are all pretty amazing. I think my grandchildren are my hobbies, but I also love to walk and read, especially mysteries and the classics (yes, I’m a Jane Austin fan)!
I love to study the Bible, learning about what pleases God and how to be more like Jesus. I love God’s Law and trust totally in the truth of scripture. I am excited to always be learning and lately have been trying to honour God more through worship. There’s a special place in my heart for the Old Testament prophets.
My family and friends are extremely important to me and I love nothing better than to sit around a table learning and studying God’s word with other women.
